Tadano Demag UK has appointed Paul Duke as customer support manager for Tadano and Demag operations in the UK and Ireland. He takes over from Gary Menzies who has now retired.
Duke joins the company from Palfinger UK – previously TH White – where he has been service manager for the past 25 years for the company’s range of loader cranes. He joined Whites in 1994 as technical sales advisor.
Alec Bell, who took over as business leader for Tadano Demag UK earlier this year, said: “Our goal is to become the industry benchmark in this area. Customer support is of central importance, and with the appointment of Paul Duke, the company has therefore entrusted the development of customer support in the UK and Ireland to an experienced and highly respected figure in the industry.”
Duke added: “I am enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead, managing the customer support team to work efficiently and competently, and on leading the customer support organisation towards delivering customer service excellence to our customers.”
